MIXTA is a term used by vintage dealers in America, meaning "mixed." The brand was started in 2010 by two individuals involved in the vintage industry in LA, inspired by the essence of American casual wear being printed T-shirts, and the fact that printed T-shirts originated in America. To create their T-shirts, they sampled fabric from 1970s Champion football T-shirts and developed their own original threads to capture that vibe. All processes, including dyeing, printing, and sewing, are carried out in America.
