Comment: Since I have a wider foot and a higher instep, wearing size M with socks fits snugly without any gaps overall. Size L is easy to wear, but it tends to slide forward a bit, causing my heels to lift when walking. It will become more comfortable as I wear it, so I will stick with size M. Wearing platform soles snugly makes it less likely for the heels to lift and easier to walk.
