This is a versatile peeler with two double-sided blades that can cut in four different ways.
(1) Scoring: Simply place the "convex blade" against the ingredient and slowly pull it. It becomes easier to shave if you secure the ingredient with a fork.
(2) Minced: Place the "convex blade" diagonally against the ingredient and slowly pull it towards you in a crossing motion. Then, place the "serrated blade" on top of the ingredient and slowly pull it towards you, and the minced result is complete.
(3) Julienne: Place the "convex blade" against the ingredient and slowly pull it while making cuts. After that, switch to the "serrated blade" and simply scrape slowly along the cut areas.
(4) Slicing: Simply place the "serrated blade" against the ingredient and slowly pull it towards you. By shaving the cross-section of the cabbage, you can also create shredded cabbage.
