■Vulcanization method
By adding sulfur to raw rubber and causing a thermal reaction, this method bonds the rubber sole to the upper and shapes them. As a result of this reaction, the rubber gains elasticity and strength, making it suitable for sneaker soles. The sole and upper are strongly bonded, making them durable and resistant to breakage, and they are less likely to lose their shape. On the other hand, this process requires a lot of manual labor and has lower productivity compared to other methods, which can lead to it being avoided.
