My feet are wider and higher in the instep, and I usually wear sneakers in the size range of 26.5–27.0cm.
I was able to wear the L size as a perfect fit.
The LL size felt a bit roomy in length, but thanks to the heel belt, I could wear it without my heel lifting while walking.
If you prefer a more spacious fit, I recommend going one size up to the LL size.
