Comment: 23.5cm fits perfectly. My foot length is 23.8cm and I have a wide foot, so 23.5cm feels almost snug without any gaps when worn barefoot. It's not so tight that it's uncomfortable, so I usually wear a slightly tight fit, and 23.5cm works fine for me. 24.0cm leaves some extra length and the heel moves slightly. I think it will loosen up a bit with wear, so I believe the usual size is fine.
