A cold-weather flight jacket adopted by the U.S. Air Force in the 1950s. The N-2A in Air Force blue (the designated color for U.S. Air Force flight uniforms) was quickly addressed as it was problematic for visibility in combat, and by the late 1950s, the N-2B in sage green was introduced. It follows the design of the N-2A and is a heavy-duty flight jacket with excellent cold protection (-10°C to -30°C).
