A military blouson reconstructed from the M-65 FISHTAIL PARKA and quilting liner.

The coat length is cut to a blouson length, with the quilting liner peeking out from below.
I also disassembled the sleeves and intentionally created excess by sewing them to the liner, waiting for a sense of discomfort.

Inspired by the surrealist objects of Man Ray, I incorporated the combination of different items into the design.

The material faithfully adheres to the original; the M-65 FISHTAIL PARKA is made of water-repellent cotton nylon poplin, and the quilting liner uses nylon taffeta with padding included.

YOKE is a Japanese unisex fashion brand.

Focusing on materials and patterns, I add contemporary elements to standard items. I propose sophisticated items that can be worn unisex.

The brand name "YOKE" carries meanings such as "connect," "bond," and "the fabric used for switching clothes," which relate to the brand's concept. Many people are involved in the series of processes from raw materials to thread, fabric, cutting, sewing, and finishing, and it is understood that clothing is created by these elements "connecting". The thought that "things connect people, people connect people, and people connect things" is embedded in this.
