Comment: The M size fits perfectly. For my foot length of 23.8cm, my heel fits snugly. I have a wider foot and a higher instep, and while the instep area feels fitted, it is not constricting. The snug fit increases stability and makes walking easier. The width was relatively easy to wear. The sole feels a bit heavy, so adjusting the straps to fit snugly with minimal gaps made it easier to walk without feeling the weight.
