The material is Australian extra fine merino with a micron count of 19.5. The yarn is treated with a basolan process (semi-shrink resistant) at the raw wool stage. This treatment provides a very elegant sheen without compromising the natural fluffiness of the wool.
The soft and smooth texture, along with the silk-like drape, are characteristics of this material.
