The fabric is a special order from Nishiwaki, one of Japan's leading fabric production areas known for Banshu weaving, featuring a more refined texture compared to the current version, a moderate thickness that balances firmness and suppleness, and improved stretch for better movement, showcasing Japan's high level of technical skill.
The popular beautiful leg silhouette remains unchanged, but by finely adjusting the pattern details to meet contemporary needs, the wearing comfort has improved without significantly altering the appearance. Additionally, the design has been simplified by removing the front coin pocket for a cleaner look, making it more versatile for casual on-scene wear.

From stylish looks with a shirt tucked into a jacket to casual weekend styling with a knit or cut-and-sew paired with a blouson, this piece maintains its adaptability while being updated to a higher level of elegance.

【Material and Characteristics】
Banshu weaving
A general term for textiles traditionally produced in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Nishiwaki, with its abundant clean water, is suitable for dyeing threads with good color, and due to the humid basin, it has been ideal for cotton textiles requiring moderate moisture, leading to the development of pre-dyed fabrics (fabrics woven with dyed threads).
It boasts over 200 years of history as a major production area for domestically pre-dyed cotton fabrics.
This time, a special order was placed with the manufacturer to improve the fabric of a popular product in Nishiwaki.
The fabric has been made more beautiful and its stretchability enhanced, resulting in an original fabric bearing the Banshu weaving brand.
