Surprisingly, the material is soft, so there is no feeling of tightness, and I can wear them without any issues. The instep strap can be adjusted, so when wearing with socks, I loosen it a bit. I can also wear 24.0cm, but since I usually don't wear them with socks, I prefer the snug fit of 23.5cm.
