A trendy 2-way design skirt.
Available in two materials: soft taffeta and cotton lace.
There is an adjustable elastic band at the tiered switching part, and you can also wear it as a layered skirt by pulling the shirring together with the drawstring elastic at the switching part to reveal the mini skirt underneath.
If you stretch the elastic, you can use it as a gathered skirt with a front slit.
