■【Usage Instructions】
[How to Use the Activated Carbon Filter]・Do not open the bag until you are ready to use it.・Do not wash the filter.・The filter will vary depending on the degree of oil contamination, but please replace it approximately every 10 uses.・Due to decreased filtration ability, it may not filter adequately.・Old oil (darkened, with a strong odor) cannot be filtered.・Please filter the oil after it has cooled to below 150 degrees (approximately 10 minutes after cooking).・If the filtering temperature is too low, it will take longer. Filtering 10 to 15 minutes after cooking will allow for smoother filtering.・Please filter the oil each time you use it.・If a filter that has been used once or more is left unused for more than 2 to 3 months, the oil inside the filter may have deteriorated, so please replace it with a new filter.・When using the filter for the first time, the oil will be absorbed by the filter, slightly reducing the amount of oil.・Used filters can be disposed of as burnable waste. However, please dispose of them after the filter has cooled to below 40 degrees (approximately 1 day after use).

※Do not place the oil strainer directly on fire or near flames. There is a risk of fire or burns.※Do not pour oil into a frying pan that is still on the heat. There is a risk of fire.※When transferring oil to the oil strainer, be careful not to tip it over. It is easier to transfer when the oil is still somewhat warm (below 150 degrees / approximately 10 to 15 minutes after cooking). At that time, do not pour oil above the strainer.※Be careful not to burn yourself when adding or removing hot oil.※Do not subject it to strong impacts, such as hitting or dropping from a height. Enamel can crack as it is glass-like.※If there are residues or sediment accumulated at the bottom of the body, please clean it.※Using steel wool or abrasive powders will scratch the enamel surface. For maintenance, wash well with a sponge and dish soap, and dry it.※When replacing the activated carbon filter, please purchase the dedicated cartridge sold separately by the manufacturer.
