The popular model 'ALWEATHER' from Moonstar Fine Vulcanized has been enhanced with side gore.

All-weather is an all-weather model that combines rubber with a canvas upper.

This is a reliable pair of boots that are easier to walk in than traditional rain boots, making them suitable not only for everyday outings but also for outdoor activities and festivals during rainy weather.

Equipped with side gore, it has become easier to put on and take off.

The manufacturing method is the vulcanization process (sulfurization process) that can only be produced in very few factories in the country.

The tag "MADE IN KURUME" engraved on the heel is proof that it was made in a factory in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

■Vulcanization Method■
This is a method of bonding and molding the rubber sole and upper by adding sulfur to raw rubber and causing a thermal reaction.

As a result of this reaction, the rubber gains elasticity and strength, making it suitable for sneaker soles.

It has the characteristic of being durable and resistant to breaking, making it difficult for the sole and upper to become deformed.

On the one hand, there is a trend to avoid it because it requires a lot of manual labor and has lower productivity compared to other methods, but the charm lies in the intricate and beautiful "beauty of craftsmanship" that can only be created through skilled handwork.
