The amount of baking soda should be 1 to 3 tablespoons per liter of water. Adjust according to the level of dirt. Adding baking soda to hot water will cause it to foam rapidly and can be very dangerous, so always dissolve it in water before heating.※Using baking soda in an aluminium pot will cause discoloration.
