☆ Staff M Foot length: 23.5 cm Width: E (normal) Instep: A little thin I always wear size M with sneaker socks. All sizes (foot length, width, instep) fit perfectly! The sole is also soft, so I end up wearing them all the time.
☆Staff K Foot length: 23.5 Width: 2E (slightly wide) Instep: high I usually wear size L with stockings. It's a little loose, but I often get swelling in the evening, so this is just right.
