This is a strap (38mm wide) for a shoulder bag that allows you to enjoy arranging by changing the attached shoulder belt.
The tip is hook-shaped, and it can be attached to products with removable shoulder straps that have D-rings on both sides, which are common in CHUMS shoulder bags.
You can customize it to match your bag.
