According to the notification of Japan Post on February 13 (Thu.), due to the affect of new corona virus, most of the flights have been suspended since February 10 (Mon.). Therefore, the packages are expected to be suspended for more than two weeks for the cargo loading in this circumstance.
However, as the flights destined for China has been greatly suspended again from March 9 (Mon.) and Japan Post is unable to confirm when the flights will be resumed normally, Japan Post announced that the mail delivery to China will be suspended temporarily from March 13 (Fri.).

As a result, for the orders shipped to China placed after March 12 (Thu.), we will cancel and refund the order.
For the orders placed before March 12, we will ship them after the delivery service resumes. However, since the resumption of the delivery is undetermined, if you would like to cancel the order, please contact our customer support for help.
