Other Fees Charged to the User
In case the baggage was returned to the Company’s warehouse due to the refusal of receive at the delivery destination, and the customer requests the redistribution from the warehouse: Shipping fee for the redistribution will be caused.

Payment Method
Customers may pay via credit card, PayPal, Alipay, or Debit Card.

Payment Due Date
Payment will be made upon order.

Item(s) in stock will be shipped out within one (1) business day after payment confirmation.
Order item(s) will be shipped out by the date indicated on the "Items page".
Customers are able to check the current delivery status on 'My Page'.

Shipping Limitations

[Cancel] The Company does not accept cancellations .
[Return] The Company does not accept returns.
Provided, however, in the event the item is defective or differs from the ordered product, the Company will accept the return or replacement at our its expense.
In this case, please contact the Customer Center within 7 days of arrival of the product and follow the specified procedures.
In the event it is impossible to arrange the item, the Company will refund the total amount paid by the customer.

Defect Liability
As stipulated in Subarticle 9-2 of “Terms of Service”, the Company is not responsible whatsoever for inquiries regarding the description of received products etc., claims, defect liability, or other demands etc.
