This is a jersey material woven with thick threads at twice the usual density in Wakayama City, to the limit. The high-density weaving ensures durability, and after garment dyeing, it is washed, so it does not shrink. The brushed back has a three-layer structure connecting the surface, the back, and the intermediate layer. It contains air, providing warmth. This is a special item dyed with natural dye.

From plants' flowers, leaves, stems, bark, fruit peels, or minerals, dyes are created with new ideas and techniques, dyed with a robust method that does not use mordants. Usually, with plant-based dyes, vivid colors cannot be expressed, only smoky tones, and color fading may occur. ATON overcomes these issues such as color vibrancy and fading, using a unique Japanese dyeing method called 'NATURAL DYE' that allows the product to be felt with the brain and skin.
