CONVERSE All Star Border Star OX / Shinya Kozuka

A collaboration model of the All-Star Border Star, featuring a voluminous design inspired by archives from the 1990s.
Under the brand concept of "a scene drawn like a picture," designer Mr. Kozuka develops the collection based on his illustrations, resulting in a unique design that seems to have jumped out of a picture book.
Based on the voluminous silhouette of the Border Star, reminiscent of shoes in a picture book, Mr. Kozuka incorporated his artwork through hand-stitched embroidery inspired by antique scalloped lace found at a Paris flea market, expressing his "antique sneakers."
With the desire to create shoes that are loved for a long time, Mr. Kozuka adopted motifs that universally appear in the collection: "birds, frames, and the moon."
By using high-density urethane foam and rubber sponge in the insole, excellent comfort is achieved.
Black fat shoelaces are included.
