For those using MBT for the first time

MBT is a completely different foot fare from conventional shoes and functions particularly as a training device for first-time users. Our modern bodies have not been utilizing various muscles and abilities that are inherently present due to continuous walking on paved hard surfaces or daily biased movements, leading to a dormant state. When you first use MBT, due to the unstable sole design, you may feel the comfort of walking on soft ground while also experiencing fatigue in muscles that are not often used due to the training effect, which may cause confusion about how to maintain balance. We recommend gradually increasing the wearing time to acclimate your body when using it for the first time.
