▶Staff A: My usual size is 23.5 cm. If I have to choose between S, M, and L, I usually go for M. For flat pumps, I sometimes go for 24.0 cm.

The heel is a comfortable height that is easy to wear on a daily basis, so I think they are comfortable to wear.
Personally, I found the ankle straps a little tight, but I was able to adjust them.
