▶Staff A: My usual size is 23.5 cm. If I have to choose between S, M, and L, I usually go for M. For flat pumps, I sometimes go for 24.0 cm.

The shoes fit well, and as I have a low instep, my usual size M was a little too roomy for me and I wanted a slightly better fit, so I tried on a size S and it was just right.
I was afraid that if I chose the M size, the shoes would slip off, so I chose the S size, even though my heel would be a little exposed.
