本物の革の性質を楽しめるよう、アッパーには革の表層「銀面」を残した柔らかな「銀付き革」を採用し、蒸れない通気性、初めて歩く段階でも快適なフィット感ある屈曲性、牛革本来の耐久性とナチュラルな風合いを実現。
高級靴では定番の素材である銀付き革の持つ上質感は装いをランクアップしてくれる。
近年では銀面を削った後の床革に合成樹脂を塗布した合成皮革と見分けがつかない仕上がりの天然皮革が多く採用されているが、それらとは志向するところが全く異なり、自然な皺が入り靴クリームの馴染みも良く、本革の味わいを育てることができる本格的な革靴に仕上げている。(牛本革で銀面付きであることも検査済み)

履き心地を求めてライニング(内側)とインソール(中敷)にも本革を使用。本革は通気性が良く、内側にもこだわり吸湿性と放湿性を確保。靴内での足当たりが優しく、また蒸れを緩和し、「革は呼吸をする」という、皮革自体が本来持つ機能・特長を最大限に活かすことを追及。

ラバーソールに自社で独自に配合したTPR（サーモプラスティックラバー）を使用。TPRの素材特性に加え「走れるビジネスシューズ」を追求した配合により屈曲性に優れソールの返りが良く、雨の日や濡れた路面でも粘るようなグリップ力で防滑性に優れている。
また、ヒール部分との一体成型構造により高い耐久性を実現している。
