Herve Chapelier was born in Biarritz, a mecca for surfing in Europe, near the border with Spain. Under the strong sun and the powerful waves of the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean, he enjoyed surfing from a young age in that small town filled with various beautiful colors, and he studied in Bordeaux.
