Since I have wider feet and a high instep, it feels snug all around without any gaps, but the stretch material provides just the right amount of give, so there’s no discomfort and it feels good to wear. The L size is more comfortable overall, but it tends to slide forward a bit, so I have no problem sticking with the M size. The stretch material conforms to your feet over time, so I recommend going for a snug fit.

Comment: My foot length is 23.2cm, so I usually have a little room in size M, but I like a relaxed fit, so I typically wear 23.5cm or size M. Since I have a slightly thin instep, my foot slides a bit forward, but since I wear thick socks, size M seems to be fine. If wearing stockings or thin socks, it might be good to go down one size. The shaft circumference is slim, but since it's made of stretch material, it has elasticity and fits snugly on the foot. It pairs well with both pants and skirts, and having one pair will be very useful.
