AS2OV AS2OV / AS2OV BALLISTIC NYLON MINI SHOULDER 03-BK

This model is a 2WAY shoulder bag in a sacoche style that can also be used as a pouch. It features a ZIP pocket on the front and an open pocket on the back, designed with usability in mind.

The main material uses original CORDURA BallisticR fabric made with 1000D nylon thread for the warp and 840D nylon thread for the weft.

The warp thread is made of 500D bright yarn that has been processed with ATY (a method that incorporates air into the yarn using machinery) to create a span-like texture. After twisting, two strands are aligned together. The weft thread consists of two twisted strands of 420D bright yarn woven in an oxford pattern, resulting in a very durable fabric.

This is a fabric with depth that retains a moderate luster by using threads of different specifications in both vertical and horizontal directions.

The attached leather uses high-quality raw hides of North American steer leather, eliminating the use of chemicals and harmful substances that can cause environmental pollution, and employs vegetable-tanned leather that is gentle on both the environment and the human body.

The finishing involves an oil glazing finish done by skilled artisans, and while checking the condition of the finish, further layering is done with a felt buff to achieve the best tactile feel for the leather.
