My foot length is 23.8cm, so it fits snugly without gaps overall, but the toes felt slightly tight. 24.0cm offers more room and is comfortable, but without socks, the heel might slip. I usually wear a snug fit and don't wear socks, so I think I should get used to 23.5cm. The material is soft, so once the fit molds to your foot, it shouldn't be an issue.
