Using only fermented indigo leaves (sukumo) and lye, this fabric is dyed using the power of microorganisms through traditional Banshu indigo dyeing.
By dyeing the thread down to the core by hand and visually, a warm, natural stripe known as "Aozuna" appears in the finished product.
Adopting a textured sashiko weave, it achieves excellent durability, making it suitable for use in martial arts uniforms.
This collection is rich in craft, combining Japanese tradition and practicality.
The silhouette is the 59FIFTY, a representative style of New Era.
By creating a unique core inside the front panel, it maintains a classic silhouette that is resistant to deformation.
There is no size adjustment feature.
Without an adjuster, the rear silhouette is beautiful, and the shape of the head appears neat.
