S is a bit loose but fits well. It seems like it will loosen up once it conforms, so I want to adjust it with socks or something. The toe clearance is about 20mm. M is generally too loose, so I can't choose it. The toe clearance is about 30mm.

▼Kiyoko / Regular size: 23.0cm【E】
Select size ⇒ M
M is overall a perfect fit. It fits just right and is easy to walk in. The toe drop is about 15mm. S is a bit tight in length and the toes touch, so I choose M.

▼Kitchen / Regular size: 24.0cm【D】
Select size ⇒ L
L fits perfectly overall. The tip of my thumb touches, but the fabric is soft, so it's not a problem. The toe drop is about 15mm. LL is a bit looser but still fits well. If you're wearing thick socks, this one is more comfortable.
