It fit perfectly at 23.5, which I usually wear. Suitable for both rain and shine, so you can wear it confidently even in sudden rain. The appearance is simple, but the diagonal upper cut + pointed shape make it perfect for a neat style. The cushioning is also firmly included, which is a plus.
